BL Connect (Baselinker Connect)
We are constantly looking for ways to simplify integration and minimize the time needed to place orders. The Baselinker Connect integration enables automatic order forwarding from your BL panel without the need to manually place orders on our website.
Note: Orders placed via BL Connect are not visible in the customer panel on our website. However, invoices for completed orders will be available in the Invoices tab.
The integration allows you to:
- Easily forward orders via automatic action or button
- Forward shipping labels with the order
- Speed up the order processing workflow
- Advanced process automation
To add the BL Connect integration, you need a connection code from us.
Remember to forward the order with a generated label! Generating it later may delay the label transfer to the order.
Below are the recommended integration settings. Proper configuration will ensure correct order forwarding. Additional fields can be set as needed. Important: enter your company details in the invoice data, not the customer's!
Baselinker
If you use the Baselinker system, you can easily connect our product catalogue with your listings and stores. Just a few steps to set up automatic product synchronization.
Setup:
- Go to the Integrations tab and select "Add integration"
- Set the integration name, price multiplier and stock correction
- Configure price and stock sync frequency in the remaining tabs
- Optionally add the XML-light file link to calculate prices based on purchase prices
If you are interested in calculating product prices based on purchase prices, we have prepared an XML-light file for this purpose. Add its link in the Baselinker settings in the designated field.
B2B Orders API
Place wholesale orders directly from your ERP system or sales platform via our dedicated REST API. One endpoint, API key authorization, full order atomicity.

Yes, we support the dropshipping model within Poland. We ship products directly to your customers in white-label packaging without our branding.
After the first 3 prepaid orders and successful verification, we offer deferred payment terms (14 or 30 days) with an individually set trade credit limit.
The verification process typically takes up to 24 business hours. Once approved, you'll receive an activation email and get instant access to the wholesale panel with multi-tier price lists.
We handle orders throughout the entire European Union. We work with multiple carriers tailored to each country — InPost, DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx, FAN and more. Available carriers for your location are displayed automatically when you select a country at checkout. Free shipping is available once your order reaches the threshold for your destination country.
