How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping in Poland for orders over 500 PLN net. Free shipping thresholds for other countries are set individually. You'll see the exact price during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time depends on product availability - check the shipping time on the product page. Once shipped, courier delivery takes 1-2 business days within Poland, 3-7 business days to other European countries.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, after shipping your order you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the order status in your account.
Complaints
Can I return ordered goods?
B2B sales are not subject to consumer withdrawal rights. We accept complaints only in case of errors on our side — e.g., sending the wrong model, transport damage, or product not matching the description. In such cases, contact us at info@homescreen.pl with your order number and a description of the issue.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and cash on delivery.
Are payments secure?
Yes, all transactions are secured with SSL certificate. We don't store your card details - they are processed directly by the payment operator.

How can I check my order status?
Log in to your account and go to 'My Orders' section. There you'll find the current status of all your orders along with tracking numbers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@homescreen.pl. We'll try to make changes or cancel the order.

All products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty and statutory guarantee. If you have any problems, please contact us.
