Popsockets is a range of colorful accessories for phones, tablets, and other mobile devices. Popsockets holders have a specially designed structure consisting of two main components:
- a base with an adhesive layer that you attach to the phone case or cover;
- a folding body with a disc (PopTop) that makes it easier to hold the phone or tablet.
Functionality
With the Popsockets PopGrip, you can securely hold your phone during a call or while browsing content, and reply to a text message, take a photo, selfie, or record a video with one hand. Popsockets PopGrip makes it easier to hold your smartphone during everyday use. When extended, it serves as a phone stand, perfect for watching movies or playing games. When folded, the holder takes up little space—it does not protrude and is flat enough that the phone conveniently fits into your pocket or bag.
Repositioning and Reattaching
The adhesive layer used provides a strong grip while allowing for repositioning and reattaching the Popsockets holder multiple times. This makes it easy to change the location of the PopGrip or move it to a new case or new phone. To change the look of your phone, you can swap out the design of the disc without having to replace the whole holder. The top part—the PopTop—can be easily detached from the adhesive base. Just press the disc, twist it about 90 degrees to the right until it clicks, and then attach a new PopTop.
Diversity
A distinctive feature of Popsockets products is the colorful discs available in a rich palette of designs, which come in several series:
POPGRIP STANDARD – discs with durable prints in matte or glossy finishes, in many colorful designs (typography, patterns, illustrations, images) or in solid colors.
POPGRIP PREMIUM – discs made using various materials (e.g., metal, fabric, eco-leather, embedded glitter) and thus with different textures.
POPGRIP LUXE – discs with raised, three-dimensional designs and compositions (e.g., filled with liquid, shaped like crystals, etc.) that have greater thickness.
