Is there a minimum order or an entry threshold?

There is no entry threshold and no minimum order. You can order a single unit, which is the natural fit for dropshipping, since you ship exactly what your customer has just bought. There is no account setup fee either, and no charge for the feeds or the API.

Can I ship on my own labels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can attach your own shipping label to every order: the parcel then looks entirely like it came from you, and you use your own courier rates and your own claims process with the carrier. If you would rather not deal with labels, we can ship on our label at agreed rates instead. The choice is yours.

Is there any agreement to sign?

Accepted Answer

One: a personal data processing agreement. When we ship to your customer we process their data (name, address, phone number), and the GDPR requires a written agreement for that. We send the ready document once your account is active. Sign it and e-mail the scan to info@homescreen.pl. There is no framework contract and no subscription fee beyond that.

Where do I get the XML feed and the API key?

From the B2B panel, once your account is active. You generate them yourself, at any time and in any number. You can create a separate feed for each shop or marketplace and choose the format (XML or CSV), the currency and the data scope. The API documentation is at b2b.homescreen.pl/api/docs.

What exactly does the feed contain?

Accepted Answer

Purchase prices and recommended retail prices (SRP), stock levels, EAN codes, images, descriptions and product categories. If you need a different field layout than the standard one, tell us and we will prepare a feed to your specification.

Where do the recommended retail prices (SRP) come from?

Accepted Answer

You do not have to work them out: recommended retail prices are included in the integration feeds alongside the purchase prices. You can list at SRP directly or treat it as a reference point for your own pricing.

Are there discounts for new partners?

Accepted Answer

Wholesale prices with the dropshipping discount are applied to your account as soon as it is activated. You do not need to ask for them or negotiate anything up front. For larger order volumes we can arrange additional discounts; just get in touch.

How often are stock levels and prices refreshed?

Accepted Answer

The feed refreshes automatically several times a day, and you set the frequency when you create it. If you need real-time stock, use the API instead of a file.

Which systems do you integrate with?

Accepted Answer

Baselinker and Sky-Shop, plus XML and CSV feeds and an orders API, which in practice covers any shop engine and any marketplace able to import a feed or call an API.

What currency are the prices in?

Accepted Answer

Polish zloty or euro. You pick the currency when creating the feed in the panel, so you can run a zloty feed for Poland and a euro one for foreign markets side by side.

Which couriers do you use?

Accepted Answer

We have daily pickups from InPost, UPS, DPD, Orlen Paczka, GLS and DHL. With dropshipping you can ship on your own label, where your contract with the courier applies, or on ours at agreed rates.

Do you handle returns from end customers?

Accepted Answer

No. With dropshipping orders you handle returns yourself. You are the seller towards your customer, so the goods come back to you. We do not accept returns from your customers into our warehouse.

Question 13

What format should the shipping label be in?

A6P, i.e. A6 in portrait orientation. If you ship on your own label, you attach it to the order when you place it in the panel.

Question 14

How are dropshipping orders settled?

Accepted Answer

With a single consolidated invoice issued once a week, on Friday. You do not pay separately for each parcel. We are working on a prepayment system that will allow orders to be settled immediately.

How do I place a dropshipping order?

Accepted Answer

Search for products by EAN number or manufacturer code, add them to the cart, choose the delivery method marked as "Dropshipping" and, if you ship on your own label, attach it. Once the order is approved, we ship within the standard time.

Question 16

How do I choose dropshipping instead of wholesale?

Accepted Answer

You choose it yourself during registration: the form has a „Cooperation type” field with two options: „Wholesale” (you buy the goods and sell them in your own shop) and „Dropshipping” (you sell the goods and we ship them to your customer). Pick Dropshipping and we will set the account up for that model when we activate it. If you change your mind after registering, or want to use both models, just write to us and we will switch the account over.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, on one condition: you need your own signed contract with Olza Logistics. We then ship your international orders on Olza labels. Without an Olza contract we cannot handle shipments outside Poland.

Question 18

Do I need an online shop?

Accepted Answer

No. Some of our partners sell on marketplaces only: Allegro, Erli, Empik, Kaufland or Amazon. What matters is that you run a registered business and can sign the data processing agreement.
