This is all thanks to two layers: the outer layer that disperses the impact force and the inner IMPACTIUM™ Clear layer that absorbs shocks. As a result, this case effectively protects the phone from damage during a fall. According to conducted tests, the case withstands drops from heights of up to 2 meters. Additionally, Speck has patented a display protection system in its cases that minimizes the risk of damage to the phone when dropped face down. All Speck products are tested for scratch resistance, chemical resistance, and precise fit to deliver high-quality cases.
The Presidio series is the thinnest line of cases from Speck. It was created based on the previous CandyShell line but modified in terms of the amount and type of material.
