The construction utilizes the latest IMPACTIUM™ Shock Barrier technology, which protects the phone from damage during falls. This is all thanks to two layers: the outer layer, which disperses impact force, and the inner IMPACTIUM™, which absorbs shock. This way, the case effectively secures the phone and protects it from damage.
According to conducted tests, the case withstands drops from a height of nearly 4 m. Additionally, Speck has patented a display protection system in its cases that minimizes the risk of damage to the phone when dropped screen-down.
