Our completely new MicroFracture technology is an additional treatment for tempered glass that involves the removal of microscopic flaws and micro-cracks that are not visible to the naked eye. This technology increases the strength of the edges of protective glass. PanzerGlass™ UWF increased by over 100% without affecting other mechanical properties. Additionally, thanks to the new technology, impact resistance and the safe drop height have been increased by 35%. The flexibility of the glass has also been improved by 17%.
The glass has been coated with an oleophobic layer that prevents fingerprints from forming, as well as helps keep the phone screen clean. To facilitate application PanzerGlass™ uses a unique silicone adhesive layer that prevents the formation of air bubbles and other imperfections during installation. The adhesive layer is individually tailored to each device model to ensure optimal functionality and durability of the solution.
