The device is equipped with a third-generation GaN chip, characterized by low heat generation and excellent efficiency, which translates to very stable performance compared to other traditional chargers. The chip protects against overcharging, short circuits, interference, or overheating, and also safeguards devices from overcurrent while charging.
The wall charger with the smart GaN chip protects devices from excessive overcharging—it automatically switches to trickle charge mode when your charging device reaches 80% capacity.
